Travel Back to the Emerald Isle, This Time for a Bank Heist in Blue Guru Gaming’s Leprechaun Heist
Chris Grand |Bank heists (in games) are always fun, especially if you run them with the right crowd. They’re way more fun if you have an Irish gang on your side.
Leprechaun Heist by Blue Guru and Relax Gaming does precisely that, giving you a crew of leprechaun gangsters for a heist along with four-leaf clovers for some luck. You’ll need it.
This volatile bank heist bonanza uses the Pay Anywhere system to deliver prizes over 6,000x the bet. It plays out on a 5×5 grid, with many surprises in both the base game and the bonus round. From tumbles to level ups, you’ll be aiming to break the bank in this exciting Irish release with a twist.
The Heists of a Lifetime
To be honest, we’ve used the leprechaun word a bit too freely in this one. You won’t be joining a real gang of leprechauns, but a real Irish gang ready to blow the safe up.
The action takes place on a big 5×5 grid populated by the heist members and the things that hide within the safe. The layout makes it very easy to play, with all the controls located beneath the grid.
You need 8-25 symbols to get a cluster of wins. Landing wins with 25 or more symbols pays up to 30x the bet. Wilds symbols can help complete or improve wins, but they don’t land in the way we’re used to seeing them. Tumbles are part of the action. Each win triggers one, and the run will continue as long as there are winning symbols on the screen.
To make things even more exciting, you get the so-called Ammo Level Up feature for every 4th bullet you collect. They are added to the respective meter which fills out at 16 bullets. The add random wilds to the grid, symbol upgrades or transforms, or award the heist free spins bonus when you collect 16.
You receive 8 free spins as part of the deal, and some symbols may now land with multipliers between x2 and x5. Extra spins are also on offer, so you get more chances to blow the safe up. Inside is the grand prize worth 6,706x the bet which is definitely worth to break into a bank. Well, just virtually, you know – don’t do this in your home town!
