Game Features

The best way to enjoy PopRocks is via the PopWins mechanic and features. If you didn’t know, the PopWins system is essentially an innovative version of the cascade mechanic. When icons on the reels are involved in a winning combination, they’re removed from the game area. However, usually, they receive a direct replacement, but in PopRocks, each winning symbol is replaced by two more.

Adding two more icons for each winning symbol means that the game area will naturally expand, with it possible for each reel to be seven icons high. To the right of the game, players will be able to keep track of how many paylines are active, and to the left, there is a multiplier meter. Of course, a multiplier can increase the winning potential, and the one in PopRocks will increase by 1x for every seven icons popped.

Achieving the feat of getting each of the game’s reels seven icons high is very much the holy grail in PopRocks and with all slots that feature the PopWins mechanic. At this point, the bonus round will be triggered, and there are perks that come with it, such as a wild being added to proceedings, the multiplier rising by 2x rather than 1x, and there will, of course, be a stunning 33,614 ways to win.
