DJ Moo Cow Slot Game Review
DJ Moo Cow is one of Real Time Gaming’s strangest slots - and the reason behind the strange nature of the game, can pretty much been seen from its name.
DJ Moo Cow… well, you know right from the get-go that it’s going to be a pretty crazy slot - and as usual, RTG don’t dissapoint!
The game is based all around a farmyard disk jockey, which - already - shows you just how ‘weird’ this slot is going to be! The game is built using a 5-reel, 25-payline format, and one of the biggest attractions of the slot, is the fact that the maximum win is a staggering 2,500X your total stake - far-more than we typically see in low variance RTG slots.
There’s quite a lot going on in DJ Moo Cow, when it comes to bonuses and features, and the first thing that you’ll notice is the Bonus symbols.
If you manage to land 3, 4, or 5 of these bonus symbols, you’ll trigger the main bonus round, and this sees you enter a pick me bonus, where you’re tasked with picking from a number of cows on the screen. The cows can reveal a selection of prizes, including cash, and multipliers - and there’s also a cow that directly awards entry to the free-spins bonus, which we’ll cover details of below.
Now, as mentioned, there’s a free-spins bonus - and this is triggered by landing 3, 4, or 5 of the scatter symbols anywhere in view. Once you manage to do so, you’ll be awarded a set number of spins. You get 10 free-spins if you land 3 scatter symbols, while landing 4 or 5 scatter symbols awards 20 and 30 free-spins respectively.
During the free-spins round, you’ll benefit from a number of perks, and the main one is the added wilds which you’ll see across all five of the game’s reels. It’s possible to land a full screen of wild symbols during the bonus - this is where the 2,500X your total stake maximum win is available.
And, as you can see, it’s pretty easy to create some staggeringly big wins during the bonus round, especially as it’s possible to re-trigger the bonus round!
Pros: One of the things we like most about DJ Moo Cow, is the fact that - while the game is a low variance title - there’s still some healthy wins available, both inside and outside of the bonus round - and if you’re looking for a slot that you can sit back on and enjoy… without seeing your balance get drained too quickly… there’s a strong chance you’ll like what the slot has to offer!
Cons: It’s pretty hard to find anything really wrong with DJ Moo Cow. The only real thing worth mentioning, is the fact that the theme is quite strange - so just be aware of this.
