T-Rex Slot Review – Demo, RTP & Features

Every developer has a Jurassic park themed slot in its portfolio, and Realtime Gaming’s pick fell on the mighty T-Rex.

This 5×3 classic slot comes with 25 pay-lines and high RTP of 97.5%. It’ll take you on a ride through a dinosaur era with gigantic creatures like the stegosaurus, triceratops and the king of the Jurassic jungle – the T-Rex.

The colourful graphics of the slot along with the authentic sounds create a perfect atmosphere that will make you spin the slot more often. To make things more interesting, the slot offers a real empire of wins thanks to the random progressive jackpot.

The T-rex Slot Game has 5 reels with 3 rows and 25 adjustable lines. You can start playing by choosing bets from $0.01 up to $5 per spin. It may seem like a small sum, but play on all 25 lines and you can bet up to $125 for a spin.

Even if the bet is lower, you can still win great prizes. There is also a progressive jackpot which you can see growing on a separate display. It’s fueled by small parts of every bet and grows larger with each spin.

If you don’t want to click the spin button all the time, the autoplay feature does that automatically. The symbols revolve around the Jurassic era theme: dinosaurs, volcanoes, dinosaur eggs, but also some card royals.

Winning combinations are formed in the usual way – you need 3 or more matching symbols per line for a win. Wilds can help link wins together and are played by the T-Rex. This symbol not only substitutes for wins, but it also pays for 2 and up and doubles all wins it’s a part of.

Game Features

Hearing the T-Rex roar is a lucky charm in this slot. This happens when you land 3 dinosaur eggs scatter which trigger the bonus round. But, before the round of free spins start, you have a pick feature. Simply choose one of the eggs on the screen to get up to 10 free spins per egg.

When the T-Rex appears on the 3rd reel, he’ll eat all other dinosaurs and replace them while doubling your wins. The feature can be retriggered with the original scatter combo.

The progressive jackpot can be randomly awarded at the end of any spin. Its contribution is no more than 1.5% of the total RTP.
