Joker Times Slot Review – Demo, RTP & Features

The jester was present in medieval times at every feast, as it is in Kalamba Games’ slot Joker Times. Depicted to fit the theme perfectly, you’ll see the joker appearing on the reels in two different versions, sneakily smiling as if plotting some surprises for you.

As another K-Boost slot, Joker Times allows for progressive features, where you need to fill out meters to trigger respective features. You’ll get Free Spins, regular and Multiplier Wilds, Scatters and the special CashPot feature, which is basically a Scatter win feature.

When it comes to the math model, the slot offers a nice RTP of 96.19%, high volatility and bets that start at the usual €0.50 and go up to €60. Overall, the slot can deliver a massive payout potential of 21,000x the stake, so stay with us to learn how to get to it!

Game Features

The Yellow Joker is the regular Wild, while the Orange Joker is the Multiplier Wild. Wilds tend to land in Stacks, fully or partially covering the reels, and they can both substitute for regular symbols in the formation of winning combos. The Multiplier Wild also lands with values of 3x, 5x or 10x.

Now, above the reels, you see the three K-Boost Meters which you need to fill out, and each spin contributes to them. The 3x Multiplier Meter can allow for 5 Free Spins, 1+ after each 15 paid spins, and up to 20 Free Spins. The 5x Multiplier Meter can allow for 7 Free Spins, 1+ for each 33 paid spins, up to 30. And the 10x Multiplier Meger can allow for 10 Free Spins, 1+ for each 55 paid spins, and up to 50 Free Spins.

When one of the 3 types of Scatters lands in 3 instances, you trigger the respective Free Spins round. 3 Sword Scatters trigger the 10x Multiplier Free Spins, the 3 Axe Scatters trigger 5x Multiplier Free Spins and 3 Spiked Club Scatters trigger the 3x Multiplier Free Spins.

Should you land 3 new Scatters during the respective bonus round, you get 1+ value in the corresponding Wild Multiplier on top of their respective starting level and 2+ extra Free Spins. Where available, the HyperBonus bet can be placed to trigger four different versions of the bonus round.

Finally, we have the CashPot prizes, which you can scoop should you manage to land 5 to 9 Scatters on the same spin. 10x the stake is yours for 5 Golden Goblets, 20x for 6, 50x for 7, and 200x for 8 Scatters. For 9 Scatters, you’ll be awarded 2,000x the stake!
