Hocus Pocus Deluxe Slot Review – Demo, RTP & Features

Hocus Pocus Deluxe is a recent addition to the Merkur Gaming collection and, unlike the old version of the slot, features 40 pay-lines instead of the old 20! There are 5 reels and 3 rows, making this a pretty decent slot for layout and design.

Graphics-wise, Hocus Pocus Deluxe slot machine uses an array of nice-looking imagery and design to create an enjoyable gambling experience, and you’ll see a wide selection of symbols on the reels.

From the Wizard symbol himself to magic hate, ancient scrolls, and shape-symbols, including circles, squares, pentagons, and triangles.

Unfortunately, there’s no option to reduce the number of pay-lines played, meaning some players may find the lack of customisation a bit annoying, but the game renders well.

You simply select the number of coins you want to play and the value per coin, and press the spin button!

Unlike many Merkur Gaming slot games, there is an auto-play function, meaning you can easily set a number of games to play without having to press each spin manually!

Game Features

By landing three of the scatter symbols, you’ll be awarded a small cash prize and 6 free spins. The scatter symbols look like a spell cast from a wand and can be visible anywhere on the screen.

During the free spins, you’ll see an extra array of wild symbols, and these appear pretty regularly, allowing you to make up 4-of-a-kind and 5-of-a-kind wins much easier than in the regular base play.

During the free spins round, you’ll also see the magic bullet symbols, which take over and replace the old scatter symbols. If these new scatter symbols appear anywhere in view three times, you’ll get another six free spins – and if you choose to use the gamble function (which looks like dice being rolled), you can gamble your free spins to win up to 15 spins!

Hocus Pocus Deluxe is an excellent addition to the Merkur Gaming range and is a lot better than the old version, so check it out today and see the benefits of it for yourself!
