Godzilla vs King Kong is hardly the first Godzilla/King Kong-themed video slot we’ve ever seen. While some players may find the theme a bit repetitive by now, it’s fair to say that Arrow’s Edge has managed to put quite a unique spin on what is, otherwise, a pretty saturated niche.

Godzilla vs King Kong is based around a conventional 5-reel, 3-row format, and there’s a total of 20 paylines in play. The game is designed around quite a cool cartoon-esque look and feel – and, to be fair to the developer, it actually works really well. Like most of Arrows Edge’s games, the low-value symbols are represented by playing card values, including 10, jack, queen, king, and ace – along with a nine. The higher-paying symbols are all theme-specific, and include Kong Wilds, Nurses, Men in Beanies, and Reporters. There’s some pretty exciting bonuses and features to look forward to in Godzilla vs King Kong – and the first is the free spins bonus round. This is triggered by landing 3, 4, or 5 of the scatter symbols anywhere in view. Doing so will award you with 7, 10, or 12 free spins respectively. During the free spins, any wilds that appear will transform into sticky wilds – and they then lock in place for the duration of the bonus.

Secondly, there’s the “Rescue Feature”. If you land three different “character” symbols, you’ll be awarded a random multiplier of 4X, 5X, or 6X.

Finally,there’s the “Titan Duel” bonus. If you manage to land three of the Godzilla symbols anywhere in view, you’ll trigger this mini-feature. You will then watch as Godzilla enters into a heads-up battle against King Kong.
