Game of Kings is a video slot from up-and-coming game developer Arrow’s Edge. In the last few years, we’ve seen quite a few iGaming developers releasing video slots themed around Castles, Knights and Queens – and it was only fitting that Arrow’s Edge entered the market!

Game of Kings video slot is their answer to this trend – and, by all accounts, the game is well-worth checking out!

This slot machine is built around a fairly conventional 5-reel, 3-row format, and there’s 30 paylines in play. However, as with many of their video slots, the number of paylines can be adjusted – so you can, if you want, play as little as one! This means the minimum bet can, potentially, be as low as 0.01 credits!

The game boasts some really impressive graphics and visuals! Once you load up the game you’ll notice that the reels are set in the midst of what looks to be a giant castle. There’s pennants and tapestries lining either side of the reels, and the main objective of the game (other than winning vast sums of cash) is to walk away with the hidden treasure!

Unfortunately, Game of Kings doesn’t come with an official RTP figure. However, given what we know about Arrow’s Edge video slots, we’d estimate it to be around the 94% mark. We do, however, know that the slot is medium-to-high variance – so expect fewer wins, but bigger hits!

The game uses two types of symbols; the low-value symbols are all playing card values, including 10, jack, queen, king, and ace, while the higher-paying ones are theme-specific and include a Witch, a Queen, an Evil King, and a Good King. The Price Scatter is the key to triggering the main bonus round, details of which we’ll cover below.

Game Features

The main objective in Game of Kings is the free spins bonus round – and it’s triggered by landing three scatter symbols. However, you are then given a choice between three different free spins bonuses. Firstly, you can choose the 12 free spins option. Here, one of the Good and Evil King symbols will be chosen to have a 2X multiplier attached to it.

If you opt for the second free spins option – the eight free spins – you’ll get a 3X multiplier, and if you go for the most volatile option, the five free spins option, the kings come with a 4X multiplier.

In addition to the free spins, Game of Kings also contains a unique bonus feature which is triggered by landing three of the Shield scatter symbols anywhere in view. You will then enter a small mini-game where you try to attack the castle and walk away with untold riches. Unfortunately, the max win in this mini-feature is just 50X your bet – so it’s nothing to write home about!
