Chilli Gold Slot Review – Demo, RTP & Features

Amaya Gaming has created a slot machine game with five reels and 40 whopping pay-lines. This is the Chilli Gold Slot Machine and it features free spins, scatters, wilds and up to €5,000 in prizes.

The Chilli Gold slot has a Mexican theme revolving around spicy chilli pepper. It offers a background view with shots from Mexico, a guy in wide hat and poncho holding unto the red pepper, a happy-looking donkey on the left and different types of cactus plants all around.

Red Pepper is used to support the Spin button and the reels and the backdrop of the symbols have the desert yellow color.

There are card symbols from A to 9, all designed to give a Mexican look. Others include the red pepper, parrot, guitar, donkey and the Mexican man symbols. The donkey and the man add a comical touch to the game.

Game Features

You are allowed to use up to five coins on each line, a maximum amount of 200. The coin value ranges from €0.01 to €1.00, allowing the top bet of €200. A five-coin bet on each line will award the top jackpot prize of 5000 coins or €5,000.

The Mexican man will pay the top jackpot. This will happen when the symbol fills up an entire pay-line filled or is combined with wilds.

The Red Pepper represents the wilds, and they can do the usual substitution for the other regular icons. Here, only reels two, three and four can get wild. Interestingly enough, the wild is the scatter as well. You need a minimum of six to earn free spins. Six wilds will give 3 spins, seven wilds 6 spins, and 12 wilds give up to 21 spins.

During the free spins feature, the reels from 2 to 5 will have yellow pepper icons which act as wilds in the Bonus rounds. It might seem like a high number of wilds have to be present, but it will be worthwhile when you get free spins and up to four reels with wild symbols.
