Game Features
Any spin during the base-game can trigger the randomly-triggered Merlin bonus. This sees Merlin appear on the screen, before awarding you a random cash prize, or stake multiplier. There’s also a randomly-triggered expanding wild, which appears on the middle reel only.
When this lands, it simply expands to fill the whole reel, before paying out any new wins it’s helped to create. The main bonus round is triggered by landing three or more of the Holy Grail scatter symbols.
Once you manage to do so, you’ll enter the Grail Bonus, which is made up of 8 bonuses. This is basically a journey-based or progression-based bonus round that sees you unlock more features as you play more.

You simply need to try and fill up the Excalibur sword by completing all of the bonuses which are able to be unlocked, and this enables you to enjoy a progressive-like journey.
