Jewel Journey slot - Free Play - Game Review

Jewel Journey
Jewel Journey Rated 0/5 based on 0 votes

Jewel Journey is a video slot from Eyecon, and as you’ll see within this review, the game is one of the more advanced titles to come from the Eyecon labs, largely thanks to the graphical work that’s gone into the slot.

The game itself uses a 5-reel, 20-payline structure, and this ensures that you enjoy a conventional-designed slot, with the graphics and technological advancements of HTML5 - meaning you can enjoy the game’s action from your mobile phone and tablet device!

Now as the game’s title tends to give away, Jewel Journey is themed all around Jewels and Gems - and you’ll see a variety of these depicted on the reels. The gems are all coloured differently, and include Purple, Green, Red, Yellow, an Orange Gemstones.

Below, we take a look at the bonus features Jewel Journey has to offer:

The main bonus in the game is known as the Match & Win bonus, and this is triggered by landing 3 or more of the Purple Gem scatter symbols anywhere in view, during the main base-game.

If you manage to trigger the feature, you’ll enter a new game-screen, where you’ll see a number of symbols present on the reels. You are then tasked with picking from these symbols, and you continue to do so until you match two identical symbols. Once you do so, you’re paid out according to the value of the symbols, and there’s up to 333X your total bet on offer here!

That’s not all, however, as Jewel Journey also contains a free-spins bonus, and this is triggered by landing 3 or more of the other scatter symbols. Do so, and you’ll be awarded with 15, 20, or 25 free-spins during which all wins you manage to make are subject to a 3X multiplier.

It’s possible to re-trigger the free-spins by landing another 3 or more of the scatter symbols anywhere in view, and you can re-trigger the bonus up to a maximum of 15 times!

Pros: Jewel Journey is fun, exciting, and well-made - and it’s great, thanks to the two bonuses offered inside!

Cons: The base-game can play a little slow, so if you’re looking for fast-paced action, you may want to find another game.
