Mistress of Magic Slot Game Review
Mistress of Magic is a Wizard and Witches themed Video Slot from Aristocrat Gaming Technologies, and it’s a completely new take on what many would call a saturated and over-done niche.
While it is indeed true that mythical-themed slots are commonplace these days, there’s always room in the market for new games, and Mistress of Magic fits that category perfectly; it’s a breath of fresh air, allows players the chance to try something new – albeit with a classic twist – and it’s by many player’s accounts, one of Aristocrat Gaming Technologies best Video Slot games yet.
Now, as with some of Aristocrat Gaming Technologies most recent creations, there’s two different versions of the game, and we’ll look at these below:
Mistress of Magic: Mistress Jade Version: This first version focuses on brilliant green colours and dynamic outdoor imagery, that helps set the tone right away. You’ll see 5-reel and 10 pay lines, and the game pays left-to-right only.
You’ll see a selection of symbols on the reels, including an Owl, Unicorns, and an array of other magical, mythical creatures. Thankfully, there’s no traditional playing card symbols, including 10, J (Jack), Q (Queen), K (King), and A (Ace) here – everything’s game-specific!
Mistress of Magic: Lady In Red: The second version of the game features Miss Scarlett, and as the name already tends to give away, in this version of the game, you’ll be greeted not by green, luscious outdoor scenes, but instead, with red, seductive-like imagery.
The game actually plays identically to the Mistress Jade version, with the only difference being the way the Video Slot is actually presented.
There’s no difference in the bonus-round (which is a free-spins feature, triggered by landing three or more scatter symbols anywhere in view), and alongside the actual name of the Video Slot, they’re completely the same!
Both Mistress of Magic games are available for all players to enjoy on a mobile phone or tablet device, and to begin playing all you need is a phone or tablet with Internet capabilities.
The mobile version of the game allows iOS, Android, and Windows players to enjoy it smoothly, and even if you don’t own one of these devices, you should still be able to play – just check before you begin.
Pros: Two game variations ensure you can always try something new – even if they are just the same!
Cons: The graphics aren’t quite as astute as other Aristocrat Gaming Technologies creations, but the gameplay is fantastic.
